Gala della Mattina - The Advocate Holiday Experience.
The ATIR Community, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit organization dedicated to supporting the wellbeing of advocates and the communities they serve. Crime Victim Advocates across Georgia provide essential, front-line support to individuals and families navigating trauma, violence, and crisis. They offer safety planning, court accompaniment, emotional support, and resource connection, often while managing high caseloads and exposure to secondary trauma.
Through events like this, ATIR creates intentional spaces for restoration, professional connection, and wellness education so that those who care for others can sustain their work in healthy and meaningful ways.
When we invest in the wellbeing of advocates, we are not only supporting professionals, we are strengthening the safety net for survivors. Healthy advocates lead to stronger services, more compassionate systems, and better outcomes for the communities they serve.

A $750.00 Advocate Wellness Grant will be awarded to (2) direct victim service organizations in Georgia to support the implementation of a workplace wellness initiative designed to improve staff wellbeing, reduce burnout, and strengthen organizational health. Community-based and System-based direct service providers are encouraged to apply.
Eligible uses may include:
The grant extends the impact of our programs beyond a single day by creating lasting organizational change within the victim services field.
