“Wellness is a selfless act of intention. It begins with choosing a positive thought and embracing self-reflection. It lives in a smile, a moment of laughter, and the quiet joy of being present. It grows when we stimulate the heart, body, and mind—through a good book, meaningful music, or the gentle rhythm of nature. It is found in uninhibited movement: a walk, a run, a bike ride, or exercise that frees the spirit and restores balance.”
